I have spent years learning and educating myself on training in multiple fields and nutrition to better myself in any aspect in my life, though it was not easy. Being healthy and happy should be at the top of anyone list of accomplishments in anyone's life. I have helped people throughout the years achieve what they thought was impossible and the most rewarding thing for me was to know that I helped contribute to their happiness and well being transforming into a better and brighter lifestyle. If I along with them achieved these goals then so can you! You've already taken the first step into finding the solution to your question so lets change your life the way you want. Personal Training/Nutrition
1. Personal Training

This is a great way to have a trainer keep you motived and push you to get the results you are wanting. I train clients of all genres: weigh loss or muscle gain, corrective exercise, competitive sports/events, functional movements, endurance conditioning, strength training and coaching.
​
With all these options, I would put together a full training program that will be placed into a long term program so that way you can utilizes the tools you learn with me on your own so you can be successful on your own too.
2. Nutrition
One of the most important thing to truly getting your results is NUTRITION. This is the fuel you need to give your body to push yourself through training but to give you balance in your everyday life: energy, strength, increase stamina, improved mood and keeps you focused throughout the day but also is a component to change in your body composition.

Having a structured nutrition plan will help you be more prepared and on top of what you need for each day while learning to control portion sizes too. All plans will be provided so that you have enough nurturance to sustain an adequate amount of energy for your day and for your training.
3. Training for an Event/Competition
This is the level that take you past just the basics. This is where now you are challenging yourself to the fullest and engaging in more than just over health but now this is a test to see what you are capable of accomplishing. Not only will I put a training and nutrition program together for you but this is where the smaller things like supplements/vitamins come into the picture to help more on performance through training or additional assistance with getting the nutrients you need to complete your mission. Body measurement become crucial to making sure you place above your fellow competitors.
CREDENTIALS
Certified: National Academy of sports Medicine (NASM), National Counsel of Strength and Fitness (NCSF), International Sports Science Association (ISSA) - Nutritionist, TRX/RIP Training, Class 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach.
I have also sever 10 years in the U.S. Marines Corps which was were I trained over 600+ troops into conditioning them selves to being a stronger, faster and nutritionally fit. More them ever mentally capable of doing there jobs and to fight for our country.
